Nice and easy terrain and diffuclty rating.

Where are the bunkers?

Oh well....this one is hid not far from the roadside but may give some cachers a little difficulty.

Clumps of trees everywhere.

Should be winter friendly if the snow doesn't get much more than knee deep.
