Moos & Wasser Traditional Cache
Vyrembi: Heute auf der Fahrradfahrt nach Hause beschlossen diesen Cache gleich mitzunehmen.
Die Schuhe waren zwar nicht wirklich geeignet dafür aber es klappte [:D]
Danke für all die Logs über die letzten sieben Jahre und der Cache hat ja gerade Geburtstag [;)]

DEUTSCH:
Ein schönes Plätzchen an der Sihl, das unbedingt einen Cache braucht. Der kleine Wasserfall "stürzt" vom Berg runter und direkt in die Sihl. Alles ist mit Moos bewachsen, es rauscht und tropft und gurgelt, das es eine Freude ist!
Um den Cache zu erreichen kannst du mit der Sihltalbahn bis zur Station Wildpark-Höfli. Dort überquerst du die Sihl (es ist die einzige Brücke in unmittelbarer Nähe) und folgst dem Fussweg bis du zum Wasserfall gelangst. Du kannst auch mit dem Velo gehen, kurz vor dem Cache kommt aber ein Schild, dieses solltest du akzeptieren und zu Fuss weitergehen, schon aus Rücksicht gegenüber den Spaziergängern.
Noch einige Facts über die Sihl:
Die Sihl entspringt im Kanton Schwyz, bei Einsiedeln durchfliesst sie den Sihlsee, einen 1937 zur Energiegewinnung angelegten Stausee, der mit einer Oberfläche von 11 km² der grösste Stausee der Schweiz ist. Kurz nach Schindellegi verlässt sie den Kanton Schwyz, fliesst durch ein Stück des Kantons Zürich und bildet von Hütten ZH bis Sihlbrugg die Kantonsgrenze zwischen Zürich und Zug.
In Zürich durchfliesst sie die Stadt, unter dem Hauptbahnhof hindurch und fliesst beim Platzspitz in die Limmat.
Wenn die Staumauer des Sihlsees brechen würde, würde die Flutwelle innert zwei Stunden in Zürich ankommen und Ueberschwemmungen verursachen.

A nice spot at the river Sihl, it desperatly needs a cache! The little waterfall runs down the hill and directly into the Sihl. Dosh is growing everywhere, you can hear the rush, the dripping and the gurgle of the waterfall, it's very nice!
To get to the cache, take the train (Sihltalbahn) till Wildpark-Höfli. There, you have to cross the river (it is the closest bridge) the you fallow the footpath until you get to the waterfall. You may also use your bike, but just before the cache, you will see a sign. Please respect it, take consideration for the pedestrians!
Some facts about the river Sihl:
The spring of the Sihl is in the canton of Schwyz. At Einsiedeln, the river passes the Sihl Lake, a storage lake built in 1937. The lake's surface is 11 km² and it is the biggest storage lake of Switzerland. After Schindellegi, the river leaves the canton Schwyz and fallows the border of the cantons Zug and Zurich.
In Zurich, the river crosses the City, passes underneath the Railway Station and enters the Limmat at the Platzspitz.
If the dam of the Sihl Lake would burst, there would be a flood that would reach Zurich within two hours and cause damage to the city.
