This cache is located on a little known trail system in the Bluefield VA/WV City Park. Entrance to the trail system is somewhat hidden & not well marked. I have included parking coords & a picture of the path entrance to help you find it.
The trails are for hiking & biking, but the short access path is not very wide, but takes you to the main trails. There are supposed to be about 5 1/2 miles of interlinking trails to explore here, and will give you a GOOD workout with plenty of elevation changes.
The main gate to the park is locked in the colder months, but you can still walk to all parts of the park, it will just add to the hike!
The cache is a 30 cal. Ammo Can. It is located just off the main trail. Parking is located all the way to the end of the second Little League ball fields. Just follow the main park road till it is going to turn around, then get off on the small hardtop road that branches straight off of it & keep following it till you come to the second ballfield.
