Skigirl and I set out to hike the newly created Wanaque Ridge and
Indian Rock trails and to see if we could find the missing lake
that Ramapo mentioned on his nearby "Ramapo Missing Lake Blues"
cache page.
We found what I believe to be the lake, but it was dry. It does
seem to have water in it in the sat photo, so perhaps it is a
vernal pond.
We found this spot along the route and stopped for lunch. Not a
breathtaking view, but not a bad place to rest for a while.
