Geocache Description:

There are a few ways to this one, the majority of ways are via blazed trails that are old woods roads, mostly dirt and grass but in some areas sandy, some with loose stone. Heavy snowfall will make this one close to impossible.

Right in the heart of one of the many Tunxis trail side loops, Clarks Corners is a crossroads that leads a hiker towards many possibilities of trail loops. To the South is Sessions Woods Wildlife Management area, to the North, Nassahegan State Forest, West is Lamson Corner (with an eerie old cemetery) and a wetland/swamp area formed by the Whigville brook. To the East is Devil's Kitchen, a wondrous box ravine with a series of small cloven canyons. If mountain biking is your thing, look around for cross trails, there are miles of mountain biking trails in the woods as well! This cache container is a medium sized lock-n-lock, with a few Halloween themed items.
