I got the information about this cemetery from graveaddiction.com. Didn't know this was here. It is called Moore Cemetery, (which is my maiden name). It is a very run down cemetery and is no longer active. The stones are scattered about the area and most are not readable anymore. Doesn't look like anyone has come to pay their respects in a very long time! It is sad that a grave yard has to be forgotten like this. There is one grave that still looks nice. It is Brig. Gen. Christopher Hoover. Please be respectful while checking out the tomb stones. One of my favorite movies as I was growing up was The Wizard of Oz. So I decided to name this cache just that. We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of oz. He is a whiz, if ever a whiz, if ever a whiz there was. If ever a wonderful whiz there was, the wizard of oz is one because. Because, because, because, because, because.....Because of the wonderful things he does! We're off the see the wizard..the wonderful wizard of ooozzzz. Now that song will be stuck in your head. This old cemetery has become very grown up, but recently someone cleaned it up a bit. I just hope it doesn't get overgrown again. You would never know it but there are many grave stones in this cemetery. Just gotta look! The building that is standing used to be a very nice restaurant called The Mediterrainian. Please replace where it goes with lid closed. This cache has been here since 2007 and has brought many cachers to this site. Enjoy!
