This cache is located in the Geneva State Park, Ohio (hidden with permission). Please observe all State Park Rules and Regulations and park in designated areas. This cache is located in a “No Hunting” area but there is hunting allowed in the park between October 15th and February 28th. Please be careful and wear hunter orange if caching in the hunting areas during that period.
This is the Third in a series that will be located at the park. Each will take the cacher to several relatively different areas within the park. This cache was replaced on 06-06-2012 with a 6" round lock n' lock camo container. Please be aware of muggles in the area as this spot can be highly trafficked during the summer months. The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake is nearby and the Geneva State Park is located close to the Geneva on the Lake "Strip" for fun and enjoyment. The recommended parking for this cache is at the State Park Marina. The coordinates are N 41° 51.420 W 080° 58.175 Parking there will bring you up to the cache by way of a walking bridge. Take the path along the creek to avoid muggles. Enjoy this cache as it's only about 30' from the lawn area that overlooks Lake Erie. There are some awesome sunsets seen from here, take some time and enjoy the area. It should be a pretty easy find. Be careful of muggles in the summertime and when the Lodge has activities going on as this can be a very busy place. Please return the cache just as you found it and let me know if anything is amiss.
