Geocache Description:

This cache is a fairly easy park and grab just off I-27.

This cache is located near one of the more prominent landmarks on the West Texas horizon -- a grain elevator. What makes this location so special is that the grain elevator is a CONE elevator, emblazoned with the name CONE on both the north and the south side.

As you drive along a path perpendicular to the faces of the elevator, parallax turns the name CONE into an optical illusion of a clock face. The optimum viewing angle is about 15 degrees from even with the elevator, off either face. If you look closely, you can see the clock face, with the diagonal of the "N" forming the hands of the clock. Watch quickly, though, or you may miss it.

The cache location is along the ray which provides the best viewing angle for the northern face of the elevator (or as close to the best angle as I could get). Park on the road near the cache and you should be able to see the clock face with no difficulty.

The cache is a small gusting to normal sized cache, and starts with a logbook, geocoin, and several trade items, as well as a Million Dollar (maybe) Deal or No Deal Texas Lotto Scratch Off for the FTF.

Happy hunting!!

The key to opening the cache is provided in the hints below.
