Icon Fetish Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

BlueOrca: Went to check on the cache today and it is no longer there. The GZ area looked a bit different than when I first hid the cache. I presume the container was probably displaced after all the floods and hurricanes and storms. Interestingly, it was placed on 10/10 and I'm archiving it on 11/11. :P Time flies, it has been out there for 5 years. Thanks to everyone that solved the puzzle and visited. :)

Geocache Description:

Cache is NOT hidden at the posted coordinates.
Given coordinates are for parking and the cache is within 1 mile.

Come on. Admit it. You have an icon fetish.
Geocaching is not only about the numbers, the hides, the hikes, the events, or the countries. It's also about the icons! From the legendary Project APE Cache icon to the only animated World Travel geocoin icon, we want to collect them all. "I'm not an icon addict," you may be thinking. However I can tell you that I have watched people convert right before my eyes! But if you still have any doubt, give this cache a try. I promise you will be one step closer to wanting more icons by the time you are done. And if you are already an icon seeker, you have probably already skipped to the puzzle!

This cache is a geocoin exchange, to help you acquire more icons, of course.

The original rules for this cache no longer apply as of August 28, 2011.
Below are some options.
1. Leave and/or take some physical geocoins. Please do not place Travel Bugs here as the container is small and will not fit them. Plus, traditional TBs don't give you more icons. :P Properly log physical coins in and out of the cache listing online.
2. Leave a "proxy" of your own geocoin for others to discover. Write the code along with your log in the physical log book so subsequent finders can discover them.
3. Discover "proxy" coins in the cache by flipping through the log book and copying codes written in there.

The original contents included 6 geocoins. FTF prize was a Where's George dollar. Congrats to Mighty O'Bees on FTF!

As for the cache, you are seeking a small Lock&Lock. After finding the cache, you can head over to N 40 43.728 W 074 18.005 for a view of NYC when the leaves are thin enough, and N 40 43.718 W 074 18.053 for a view of Millburn downtown and beyond.

So what are you waiting for? Solve the puzzle below to get coordinates for the cache.

Assume the same N and W hours as in the given coordinates.
Don't over think it! Solution is simple.

Go on. Get them icons.
