You can get to this one through Coyote Hills Regional park(fee) via walking, running, or on bike, but it will be a trek of about 2.5 to 3 miles round trip. There is camping and nice picnic areas here about. Nice views on clear days. I've seen deer, raccoons, and pheasants, among other animals. Park in the first lot on the left for closest access. This park closes it's gates at 8pm.
You may also access the site by entering Don Edwards Regional Wildlife Refuge(No fee) for parking. Gates close at 6 to 8 pm depending on the time of year. It is about a 2.5 mile round trip from here (3 mi if parked outside gate) as well but with a few small hills to contend with after crossing over the Dunbarton toll plaza bridge. Both parks are closed at night though still accessible on foot or bicycle. It's been noted that there may be a curfew from 10pm to 5am but I didn't find it on the web sites. Kinda dark out there anyhow.
Please be sure to replace the cammo so the hide is not obvious to muggles.
Enjoy!
