This is an ammo can that has been camoed. It is not meant to be hard to find, but does require some work!
This is no ordinary cache! In order to log this cache, you have to do some work! In the fall of 2007, the Calgary Area Cachers adopted 3 kilometers of Highway 1A (the sign near the cache will eventually have the CAC name on it!). Although we must clean the area at least once per year, I thought it would be nice to encourage others to clean the area periodically. To get the smiley, you must fill up at least one grocery bag full of garbage and take a photo that includes you, your garbage, the cache, your GPS and the Adopt A Highway sign. If there is more than one cacher name in your group, then you must have one bag of garbage per cacher name.
The cache started off with a few bags in it in case you forget to bring your own! There is also a log book, pen, and some coins that want to move!
