This is a tin placed near an extinct railroad grade.
Many moons ago the Tonopah and Tidewater railroad ran through this area. Near the site of this cache was a town called Zabriskie that no longer remains.
The cache is hidden near an old structure related to the extinct railroad line. If you look in the direction of the electric line you can still see the original railroad grade though most of the hardware has been removed by scavengers. If you see any artifacts, please leave them where they lie as they are considered historic.
The dirt road leading to this cache is accessible by almost any car.
