Pride Rock view

The Cache is a regular 800ml container.
This site has got significant historical connection.
It is how ever a site that has got great similarities of the site in the animation movie Lion king.
The view from the “Pride Rock” looks out over a part of the Oliviershoek where the Admiralty’s Estate was.
In June 1933 Admiral John Weston bought three farms in the valley below that became known as ‘ADMIRALY’S ESTATE’. The home stead is approximately two kilometers from the ATKV Drakensville resort in the valley.
In 1950 the Admiral and his wife were alone on their farm when robbers attacked them and murdered John Weston. The robbers were subsequently arrested and two of three were sent to the gallows.
