The working title of this cache was "The Badger" this is because the cache contains a bunch of badges as trading items. If you take a badge please leave a badge.

This cache is also the starting point of the travel bug "Catch Me If You Can - Dolphin" whose goal is to evade its owner (visit link)

Retrieval of the cache won't be 100% easy but is 100% safe though you'll have to watch out for passing cars.
