A cacher in Texas named Aloft23 names caches after cachers that
have "inspired, challenged, or otherwise frustrated us as we
searched, sometimes in vain, for their hidden stashes". We love
that idea so here is another one using that naming system.
At the time of this writing SandBassKing and SandBassQueen are
tied for second in the most caches we have found by cache placer.

As much as we would like to take credit for the idea of this
cache we saw it as a SBK-SBQ cache and copied it here.
You must know the year of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor to
access this cache.
