Geocache Description:

This should be an easy to find cache with nearby parking and level terrain.

This cache, after having been muggled three times, has been changed to the world's easiest multi-cache. It just has one extra stage to find the actual cache which is just 1/10th of a mile from this original location. You can leave your car parked where you left it to find stage one.

So use the above coordinates to find stage one. Then enjoy this delightful little sidestreet park. Sit a while and think of possible hiding places, but no, it's not under one of the benches. Check out Willie's Walkway. There is moderate tree cover but you should get a "good enough" reading.

And while sitting on a bench, do some simple math.

For North, the last three digits can be found by subtracting 422 from the date of Willie's birth.

And for West, the last three digits can be found by subtracting 616 from the year of Willie's death.

Now, can it be any simpler than that?

Bring your own pen, and a calculator if your math skills are as bad as mine.
