A Cultus View Traditional Cache
irlpguy: Although I find it difficult I have decided to archive some of my caches. My ability to keep them in good repair and difficulty in hiking anymore has brought me to this conclusion. I want to thank those who have logged these caches and hope you enjoyed the adventure. It has been a great ride.

The cache is a regular camo painted rubbermaid lock n lock and contains small trade items, logbook, pencils and sharpener.
The areas around Cultus Lake and Cultus Lake Provincial Park are some of the busiest in the Province because of their proximity to the large populations of the Greater Vancouver area and the Fraser Valley. This cache is just outside the boundaries of Cultus Lake Provincial Park, and will get you away from the thousands of muggles, from time to time there will be others about, but once you leave the trail you will pretty much be on your own.
You cannot drive to the cache, in order to log this cache you will need to take a stroll, or ride a bike along a very good roadway with some elevation loss on the way to the cache. Bring the kids, bring the dog, this is an easy hike/bike but is approximately 1.8 km to the cache from the parking area. Park at the gate that prevents you from going down Parmenter Rd and enjoy the stroll. Should you decide to approach this cache from the water it will be a short uphill climb to the cache.
When you reach the posted co-ordinates, duck under the boughs and look for a moss covered log. Once you have logged the find take the time and go down the trail to the beach, nice private little spot.
