The listed coordinates take you to the 1st stage of this cache. To obtain the E-W coordinates: There are two (2) highways running through Shelbina.
Add the 1st digit in each highway number to obtain X
Y = the last digit of the E-W highway + the 1st digit of the N-S highway.
Z = the 1st digit of the N-S highway

The resulting coordinates will lead you to where the cache is stashed. The cache is available at varying hours. As of 6/15/19 the cache is not available on Saturdays. Other days may vary, but usually its there on Monday - Friday 11 AM - 5:30 PM (Tuesday ‘til 8 PM).There may be other times that this cache is unavailable. Your clue is in the title. Cache is log-only, so BYOP.
Beware of muggles, especially on Tuesday night or on Saturday.
