Welcome to Woapalanee one of sixty seven "Whispering Giant" figures carved by Peter 'Wolf' Toth. There is at least one 'Whispering Giant' in every State of America. The Project was started in February 1972 with the first figure being placed in La Jolla, California. The project goal was achieved in May 1988 with figure #58 being placed in Haleiwa, Hawaii. The 'Giants' are the subject of several other geocaches, waypoints and are the source of interest to many.
