Welcome to the GO Hornets Geocache!
The Gloucester Hornets are an East Ottawa competitive soccer league based at the nearby fields, the Hornets Nest. There are 11 outdoor fields plus the indoor Dome.
The Cache
My GPSr indicated +- 4 meters from the posted coordinates.
The cache is a camouflaged ammo container. At the time of placement, it contained a log book, pencils, sharpener, an overview of the Hornets soccer club, some trackable items and lots of swag items. There are also some CITO bags.
After you've logged your visit, please close the latch tightly to keep out rain and snow.
Snowshoes are highly recommended in this area in the winter.
