Bei oben angegebener Koordinate kannst Du den Nachtcache beginnen. Dort hat es auch genügend Gratisparkplätze.
Aber bevor Du startest geniesse doch noch einen Blick auf das nächtliche Luzern und seine Agglomeration.
Folge den weissen Leuchtpunkten. Es sind kleine Reflektoren, welche im Schein der Taschenlampe das Licht reflektieren. Bald wirst Du auch rote Punkte finden. Bei diesen musst Du eine 2-stellige blaue Zahl auf weissem Grund aufschreiben, welche Du für die Endkoordinate benötigst.
Es ist die Zahl A
Folge weiter den weissen Leuchtpunkten, welche Dich zu einer weiteren Stelle mit roten Punkten bringen. Dort musst Du eine schwarze Zahl auf gelbem Grund aufschreiben (nur den ganzahligen Wert)
Es ist die Zahl B.
Der Endcache befindet sich bei
N 47° 02.(A+713) E 008° 16.(B+193) (Neue Formel ab 12.12.2012)
Folge weiter den weissen Leuchtpunkten. Sie werden Dich in die Nähe des Ausgangspunktes bringen. Der letzte Leuchtpunkt besteht aus 2 roten und 2 weissen Punkten, welche im Quadrat angeordnet sind und ist bei der Bergbahnstation am Geländer der Dachterrasse angebracht. Ein gleicher ist noch am Laternenmast befestigt, den Du vom ebenen Platz aus, in der Nähe der Bergbahnstation, erblicken solltest. Solltest Du diese verpassen, so gehe doch trotzdem auf das Dach der Bergbahnstation hinauf und geniesse dort nochmals die Aussicht auf das nächtliche Kriens und Horw. Gehe nachher die Treppe runter bis zum Restaurant und zum Parkplatz am Ausgangspunkt.
Jetzt kannst Du den Cache mit Hilfe des GPS an Hand der ermittelten Koordinate suchen. Du wirst ein typisches Waschiversteck finden. Es befindet sich nicht am selben Weg, den Du bereits begangen hast und nicht mehr als 6 Meter vom Weg entfernt, sonst hast Du den falschen Weg genommen.
Es ist eine grosse Cachebox von 20 cm Durchmesser und 25 cm Höhe.
Da die Mäuse die Box angefressen haben, ist jetzt der Cacheinhalt zusätzlich in einem Glas.
Suche nicht im Dreck.
Der Rundgang ist etwa 2.2 Km
Bitte bleibt auf den Wegen. Es ist nicht nötig die Wege zu verlassen. Nur der Endcache ist etwas vom Weg entfernt.
Alle Leuchtpunkte sind in totem Holz oder an Metall angebracht.
Da die Leuchtpunkte (Reflektoren) das Licht relativ genau zur Lichtquelle zurück werfen, eignet sich am besten eine Stirnlampe z.B. die neuen superhellen LED-Leuchten.

You have to read another number
With the lattitude and longitude given above, you will find the starting point of the night cache. There is also plenty of free parking.
But before you start you should enjoy Lucerne and its suburbs by night.
Follow the white fluorescent dots. There are small reflectors, which you`ll see in the beam of the torch or headlamp. Soon you will also find red dots. There you have to write down a blue 2-digit number on white background which you will need at the end.
It is the number A
Follow again the white fluorescent points, which will leed you to another place with red dots. There you will find the black number on yellow background. (only one number left of the decimal)
It is the number B.
The Endcache is located at

Pick up the white fluorescent dots. They will leed you near the starting point. The last point consists of 2 red and white 2 points, forming a square on the railing of the mountain railway station roof terrace. You should discover a similar sign on a lantern post close to the station. Should you miss this, nevertheless go on the roof of the mountain railway station and enjoy again the view down to Horw and Kriens. Go down the stairs afterwards to a restaurant and parking at the starting point.
Now you can find the cache with the help of GPS and the longitude and latitude found on the search. You will find a typical WaschiTeck. It is not on the same path that you have already been on, and not more than 6 meters from the path, otherwise you have taken the wrong path.

The whole trip is approximately 2.2 km long.
Please remain on the trails. It is not necessary to leave the paths. Only the Endcache is somewhat away from the path.
All illuminated points are glued to dead wood or metal.
As the luminous points (reflectors) reflect the light exactly back to source
I recommend to use a headlamp with the new super LED lights.
