To target future exercises to the individual abilities of participants, we now required you to complete a small pre-assessment.

This assessment includes both a mental and physical exercise.  If we do not receive your answers in a timely manner a Hanso representative will be visiting you.  These visits can be unpleasant so we recommend that you submit your answers to us as soon as possible.

Physical pre-assessment:

• At the top of this form you will find location codes in the form of latitude and longitude
• Locate this spot
• Find a hidden object -Note: The Hanso Foundation is far more advanced than "light pole skirts".  Please recognize this and do not waste our time or yours by going there!
• Leave your mark inside the object
• Return to the pre-assessment (this form) and complete the mental portion
