Geocache Description:

forest adjacent cemetery

Calvary Cemetery rests on a hilltop of Greenfield. It is the resting place of many of Pittsburgh's notables, also mentioned in a newspaper article. The main office can provide a map if you plan to visit the graves of these notables (gates are open from 7 AM to dusk). From its sides, one can see vistas of the Mon river below and Homestead on the other side of the river.

Cache is a metal box.

Access is easiest from the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (gates are open from 7 AM to dusk). There is no parking on Imogene St. Or, you could park in city streets near the cemetery entrance on Hazelwood avenue or Greenfield Avenue, and just walk/jog. The back of the cemetery is not fenced.

Initial contents include a bent teaspoon (Uri Geller style) that my garbage disposal rejected as unappetizing and deformed it.
