Carla6: Hi this one has had a bit of a thrashing from the sea recently and to be honest I had not realised how high the water level would travel in a good storm. No real oppertunity to move it further inland from where it is so might have to archive this one. Thanks to those that visited. Cheers Carla

Geocache Description:

Not Hawkes Bays nicest walk but an ineresting location none the less

Please be sure to approach this location from the South and do not cut through private property as there is a dog on the private land just to the North.

Some interesting rock formations and good veiws of the bay

Also a popoular spot for contiki fishing and surfcasting with the locals. Please do not enter the sea here before despite the fact it looks very calm it is an extremely dangerous beach.
