A small cache placed in a nice little DOC camp. Well worth a visit.
This DOC camp is a recent discovery for XC. He camped here overnight mid winter waiting for the weather to clear.
It has great but basic facilities. Walking tracks nearby offer wonderful experience of alpine plateau.
River has a great swimming hole for summer fun.
Cache is a berocca tube inside a TK cammo bag with small trading items etc. Placed in a reasonably acessable spot so don't destroy the surrounds. Bring your own pen.
