Typical woodsy forest hide. Decorated silver ammo can. Not far off the bike path, yet pretty close to parking. Please rehide in a protective manner.
Kudos to Prince a Pal (fondly nicknamed PaP) for reaching the milestone 1000th cache find. Thanks go out to her son, Nosaj, for introducing PaP and MoS to the world of geocaching. We have spent many great hours hunting, hiding, walking, trudging, slipping, falling, running, biking, driving, and making U-turns in The Beast! Oh, and did I mention LAUGHING???? It's been a hoot!
This cache was placed to honor the 1000th find, but also to honor some of the artistic and clever caches she has created. Her career as an educator - administrator - has allowed a very unique individual to evolve!!!
On to 2000!!!!! GO, Glenview Geocachers!!!
