Dear Officer Cacher,
As you are aware we have been tracking the movements of the
Barksdale gang and their shady dealings within the city. We have
learned from our informant on the inside that they have recently
hidden a new cache. We have been able to intercept a text message
which we believe contains the location of this cache but we believe
that the location has been written in code.
The message reads as follows:
988901067308669
Because of your reputation as an excellent code breaker, we trust
that you will be able to crack it. This code is being used by some
low level thugs in the Barksdale gang so we don't believe that it
will be very difficult for you to break but all of our attempts so
far have come up short.
