What could be more rewarding than solving a puzzle-type cache in a cemetery around Halloween? So – here you go…..
Step 1 – park at the posted coordinates – “Parking”. The next step is Harder.
Step 2 Take the sidewalk closest to parking and walk down that walk until you find Effie A. Add the number of YEARS and the number of DAYS posted on the stone.
Step 3. Using your compass walk on a magnetic heading of 032 degrees for the number of steps you got in your answer at step 2. You are looking for Hart,
Step 4 Take the number of years Ellison lived and subtract 63. Project a point that is on a bearing of that number AND at a distance in feet of that number as well.
Step 5 – if you are correct you will find William, Clara, Joe, Josephine, and Lillian sharing a spot. Count the letters in their last name.
Step 6 – the cache is located 6 times the number of letters in the last name away, on a bearing of 012 degrees magnetic.
There is absolutely no need to move or even touch anything near any burial site. Treat the area with the full respect that it deserves.
