You can park at the community college parking lot.
I seemed to have trouble getting an accurate reading so you may have to look around a bit. It's just below the far corner of the parking lot in the wooded area. It's very well hidden. There is a high school near by and this area is frequented by many students so you may have to use stealth depending on what time of day it is.
