This cache has been placed with the permission of the Murrysville Parks and Recreation Director, in Murrysville Community Park.
Welcome to Murrysville Community Park! This park is so brand-spankin’ new that the trail system is still in the early stages of development. The trail leading to this cache is very thin – not much more than an animal trail – so you will want to WEAR LONG PANTS! The Bears aren’t kidding about this. However thin the trail is, it IS blazed in blue, making it easy to find your way. Please pay attention to the starting point given below! If you don’t start here, you may have a grizzlier hike than you want.
The Groggy Bears are, indeed, very crafty, and the initial contents of this cache reflect that. This LARGE AMMO BOX contains craft supplies for kids and adults, frames and ornaments to paint, beads, a crochet starter kit, and best of all, a stoneware bowl wheel-thrown by Mr. Groggy Bear himself! We’d really like to keep the theme going, but if you can’t, well, we’re not whining.
