Trailhead located at historical Puerto Mari. Loose rock, steps and steep wooden stairs make this a unique cache up a 124 foot climb, not hard but be careful.
The views on your way are breathtaking! Find the trail with the steep wooden stairs and continue on till you find an old wooden bench that has fallen apart. Here you will find yourself grabbing for your camera as the view is spectacular. Continue walking 100 steps or 1 minute further till you reach the end of the trail, you should be looking straight out South over the ocean at aprox 124 feet above sea level. Here you will find the cache less than 10 feet from the end of the trail under a pile of rocks behind a tree with lots of arms growing from the base. Watch for small cactus. Cache is a clear rubbermaid container with a blue top filled with all kinds of little treasures. PLEASE cover the cache well, one only needs to lift the top rock to lift out cache.
