Geocache Description:

A nice easy walk in Quabbin gate 33. Harry Hackett had a camp complex with 270 acres including Bassett Pond . There were several buildings built of logs and all that remains today is the foundation and fireplace with chimney. The original buildings were sold in 1944 and moved to Lake Wickaboag in West Brookfield. The cache is not inside the foundation there is no need to move any stones. Stay on the road until the last 150 feet.

Please follow all rules of the Quabbin
