Geocache Description:

We noticed this new informational lookout on our way to the Buttermilk Butte cache. This one is much easier to reach and accessable all year.

Signal gets a little dicey when you are close, for reasons that will be apparent at the site. We considered giving up on this location but it is so nice it really needs a cache. In winter snow may raise the terrain rating. Sometimes the approach is plowed. Two factors should guide you: Snow does not increase difficulty. Basic terrain is 1.5 star. We would prefer you didn't ask for hints from the folks downstairs (if you are lucky enough to find anyone there) (or at least don't admit it ). They were concerned about people climbing around, remember the terrain rating, climbing is NOT necessary .

They tore out the wheelchair ramp a while back. We assumed it would be replaced but it doesn't seem to be happening. Changed the attributes to suit.
