Geocache Description:

Small parking area off Dame Rd. Look for granite boulder with NERRS grass logo. There is a trail to a wetland. After that you must go through the woods. If you go to the left you must cross over a beaver dam, to the right the terrain is a bit steeper, but still passable.

Cache is in a small plastic container. It contains (in addition to the normal notebook and writing implements) a "frog" hole punch. The punch is used in conjunction with the "Passport to Great Bay" pages. The Passport is a booklet featuring a number of public lands ready for exploration! There is a cache hidden on each of these lands around the Great bay. The Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve put the Passport booklet together. If you are interested printing your own Passport pages to punch, go to www.greatbay.org.
