A fairly quick find in Nellie Hill Preserve. The trails are mowed wide and there's not a lot of elevation change for this one.
Ever since the inaugural hide in this pretty little preserve, we've said that we would be hiding another cache here. Well, the time has finally come to get more people visiting this great place.
There are many trails here that go back and forth and you can easily hike every single one of them in a few hours. There is a trail map near the beginning of the trail, but the map is old and the colored trails do not necessarily match the new trail markers. We would recommend waymarking this trail map and, should you get lost, just follow trails back in the direction of the trail head. No matter which way you go or where you are, you'll get back pretty quickly as many of the trails loop back around.
Nellie's pile of sticks isn't quite that big yet. Your goal is to find a stick on the way to the cache. After finding the cache, signing the log, and making trades, please add your stick to the pile of sticks surrounding/hiding the cache container. There's plenty of room!
If you experience a difficult bushwhack trying to get to the cache - there's an easier way to get to where you need to go.
