The coordinates are not those for the cache but are for the middle of Townsend Harbor Pond in Townsend, Ma. the town in which the cache is actually hidden.
Just as in GROUND ZERO (GCJ3QV), and others in the GROUND ZERO series, you must find the baseline coordinates for Townsend, MA. but there is a difference with this cache you will need to adjust those coordinates. This adjustment can be made by Subtracting N 00 00.009 W 00 00.135 from the Ground Zero coodinates for Townsend
Difficulty rating is based on the assumption that you have found one or more of the other GROUND ZERO caches and have developed a workable strategy.
