Geocache Description:

Environ 1 km de trajet aller

Quoi de plus passionnant que de se replonger dans l’histoire,
et de s’imaginer aux temps médiévaux ?
C’est dans cette petite cité médiévale que nous entraîne cette nouvelle cache.
La randonnée en direct ne serait pas très longue.
Aussi je la propose dans le style « tiroirs » : l’indice A entraîne le B etc…
Ceci afin de vous faire profiter au maximum des arrêts possibles et visites gratuites instructives.

Quelques conseils :
- savoir compter (un petit peu d’arithmétique) (une calculette est conseillée)
- être observateur
- visiter ce que vous pouvez
- ne pas courir
- respecter les horaires
- ne pas déranger d’autres caches pouvant être dans ce secteur
- prévoir un crayon ou stylo

Les coordonnées du parking que nous vous conseillons sont :
N 48° 26.498 W 02° 02.204
(Attention il peut arriver qu'il soit fermé. Dans ce cas prendre le parking de l'autre coté du pont)

Au milieu du pont le jeu de piste commence.
A = L'addition des jaunes, B = L'addition des blancs
Stop ! L’indice C se trouve sur une maison face à la Rance.
(Deux autres indices seront à découvrir plus tard.)

N 48° et [( A x C ) - ( 4 x C ) - ( A x B ) – 483 ] / 1000
W 02° et [ C + ( A x B ) + 305 ] / 1000

Vous devez être maintenant arrivé à ce point qui est l’entrée d’un endroit autrefois interdit au public ordinaire.

2 indices sont à découvrir :
D = date au dessus d’une porte interne à ce monument
E = la multiplication des deux siècles à l'entrée.

2 autres paramètres pour finir :
F = valeur arrondie d'un euro en francs français (2 digit derrière la virgule)
G = code postal de votre lieu actuel

En raison du soleil omni présent sur la Bretagne voici les horaires possibles pour trouver la cache :
Du 01 avril au 31 octobre tous les jours de 10 h à 19 h
Du 01 novembre au 31 mars, samedi et dimanche de 10 h à 19 h

What is more exciting than to bury yourself back in the history,
and to think that you live in medieval times?
This new cache will carry you inside this tiny medieval city of DINAN.
A direct trip would be a little bit too short.
So, I suggest you a « multi-cache » : the clue A brings you to B etc.
Along this way, you’ll be able to stop over as you like and get gratis instructive visits.

A few advices :
- You have to know some arithmetic’s, (a pocket calculator may be useful),
- Open your eyes,
- Visit all what you wich,
- Don’t run about,
- Check the schedule,
- Don’t move any other cache you should find around.
- Take a pen with you

The coordinates of the parking I suggest you are:

N 48° 26.498 W 02° 02.204
(Be careful, it is possible sometimes closed.)

On the middle of the bridge the treasure hunt can start.
A = Sum of yellow, B = Sum of white
Stop here! You will find the C hints looking at a house facing the Rance River.
(Later, you’ll have to discover some other hints.)

Your first destination is:

W 02° and [ C + (A x B) + 305 ] / 1000

At this point you should arrive in a place which was formerly prohibited to common peoples.

Then you’ll have to find two more hints:
D = The date written on the top of a door inside this monument.
E = Multiply the numbers of the two centuries in front of the door.

Two other parameters in final :
F = Rounding value for one Euro in french francs (with 2 digit).
G = Zip code of the place you stand

This is the final coordinates equation:
