Located in Branchester Park in Prince George. Take a stroll around the ball field or throw a frisbee. Try not to use the spoiler. Enter the tree line away from the cache sight if muggles are in the parking lot. Once at the cache sight you cannot be seen by muggles in the lot. Have fun.
