This cache will take you to a quiet nestled lake. Enjoy the area and if you make it at the right time, you may see the egrets roosting. They gather in masses here. It is beautiful to see. Try not to scare them away making too much noise or movements. I've always enjoyed seeing these birds and hope everyone else will too.
This cache is being placed as part of the Average Parasite listing. It is an undercover cache in more than one way. You will see once you get it. You will find a container inside another container. Please do not remove or add anything to the cache. Just remove the log and sign away. No need to trample a new path. It is accessible without making new trails. Less than 20 feet into the area. Do not park off the highway. Parking is available at the Burger King nearby. You will be making a 1/2 mile roundtrip hike. As most caches in our beautiful county, watch out for our regular neighbors (snakes, bugs, the usual gators, etc.) Always use a stick to move brush and rocks out of the way and to poke in holes. You never know what is creeping inside. Enjoy the area and the cache. Sometimes we rush while doing caches and forget to enjoy the wildlife and scenery.
