Geocache Description:

This is a cache made by 2 little kids for all the other little kids that like to cache.

Have you ever said "Hey kids, who wants to go geocaching?" And everyone comes running with used matchbox cars, 6 carat diamond plastic princess rings or rubber snakes and McToys for trading? Well this is the cache just for that kind of trading.

This cache is meant for kids to find something from their room that they would like to trade... like that matchbox car or that pretty plastic pearl necklace. You know the stuff you really don't want them to use for trade in another cache. They can bring a small cheap toy and trade it for a different kind of toy. There are little rubber lizards of all kinds, pretty fuzzy bracelets for the the princess of the family and even some Disney and Pooh figures in it. This is a kid themed cache and even though it does have a high difficulty level, a child as young as 4-5 should be able to get to it just fine. The difficulty is because it is a 7-8 (children) step walk up a steep (is that the word I am looking for) hill and off to one side of a decent looking dirt path. My 6 year old boy made it up there just fine and even the 8 year old princess here was pleased with the placement of the cache. Please only trade children items and nothing is too "junky" for the cache. If you would, let your child or children sign the log book. I am not concerned about the amount of space they use or if your name is in there 4 times. My kids are very excited about this. No FTF prizes for the adults this time, only treasures for the lil cachers. If an adult can let me know if the goodies do become too sparse or whatever I would appriciate it so I can go put more goodies in it. One more thing, if a lil cacher doesn't have nothing to trade, no reason to say no, just drop in a nickle or dime or leave nothing at all as long as you pick up a piece of trash and put it in the trashcan and let them have their pick of the goodies.

If you look at the hint, it will give you a very good idea where the cache is if not just outright tell you. Use your judgement on that. I will tell you this much...the cache is a small Folgers coffee can painted light brown. If you park in the right place, you may only be 20 feet from the cache. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. There is a parking lot right after you "pass" the cache if you come in a certain way. Very miminial bushwacking as of right now and I did not see any poison ivy either. That could change next summer though.

Placed with permission from Bonner Springs Parks and Rec.

Congrats to What Rock? on the FTF.

HAPPY CACHING!!!!
