SLO Trekker: As this was an adopted cache, I had assumed proper permissions were acquired by the original CO, cachetopher, when he placed it. I have no way to verify this, so it is best to err on the side of caution and archive the cache. Thanks for all the great logs posted by finders over the years. RIP.
