The cache is located within the confines of an historical electrical generating plant alongside the Rangitiki River not far from Mangaweka.
The cache contains the usual contents - log book, pencil and an assortment of tradable items. It is a 700 ml cylindrical Sistema container painted to be obscure. before or after finding the cache make sure you take a look at the photographs on display telling something of the history of this now abandoned enterprise. There is also the option of taking a 5 minute walk up to the dam which provided the water to the plant.
