I am using the theory the decade goes from 0 to 9 NOT 1 to 0.. The final location in this puzzle is 1960. You now have the 9 years, 1961 to 1969 to find the missing 6 numbers, In other words I’ll make it simple for you. You have 9 changes to discover 6 numbers. Even easier 3 of the numbers will be repeated in another cache. You knew I would spoil it , didn’t you. I won’t tell you which numbers will be the duplicates. …Just when you were starting to like me. :-)
