Ron & Lois: We stopped by to check on this cache today and found the entry to the parking lot barricaded, and "NO TRESPASSING" signs posted on the property. I am a little concerned that none of the cachers who claimed that they found this cache thought this important enough to send us a message about this. Because of this change to the access privileges, and to prevent people who don't seem to know any better from breaking the law, we have Archived this cache.
Also, since there were several cachers who claimed to have found this cache after the last one verified on the log, I will be deleting their logs, as they didn't sign and one was even obviously lying about having found it, claiming they did, but there was nothing inside.
