This cache has been archived.

GeoDesertTiger: No response from cache owner, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. We will be happy to un-archive this cache when it is replaced within 90 days and meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Just Southwest of Williams Field High School and the Lyon's Gate Housing Community

Who: This cache was placed for all of our fellow East Valley Cachers (although of course everyone is welcome) as they have inspired us over the past few years with their creativity and fun spirits, so thanks for all of your hard work...we hope you enjoy our cache!

What: Cache container is similar but different than any cache container we have ever seen. I hope you enjoy the thought that went into creating this one as we think it is a good merge of the two of our thoughts.

Where: Near Williams Field High School, but not on the school property. While I believe you can park at the school to access this one, we would recommend parking in our neighborhood and accessing the cache site from there via a pair of gates - it is about a 0.15 mile walk each direction from the parking coordinates. Cosmo Park is nearby if you have your geocaching buddies with you and a good meal nearby if you get hungry while searching is Joe's Farm Grill (both on Ray Rd).

When: Best time to visit this cache is probably anytime that does not have a school event going on outside or at the sports fields and is probably best enjoyed during the day hours, though you night cachers will probably still find a way to enjoy it!

Why: We have wanted to hide one in our neighborhood as it is a new community and all of the ones close to us have been archived, so we thought this area could use a new caching search. Both kids and adults alike should enjoy this one.

Not handicap accessible, dogs allowed, kid friendly, available 24-7, no room for trade items, bring your own writing utensil
