Geocache Description:

A series of caches along the Murray Grey Trail

Our first ever cache hide, so not too difficult to find!

The cache is a small sandwich box and contains a Gecko air freshener, mirror lanyard, bouncy ball plus FTF certificate and logbook.

This is the first in a series of 5 caches that will lead you around the ‘Murray Grey’ trail which is part of the Saltwells Nature Reserve in the heart of the Black Country.
At 100 hectares it is one of the largest urban reserves in the country and is an area of real countryside surrounded by housing estates, industrial parks and a large shopping centre.
Start at the car park by the Saltwells Pub and head NNW.
Follow the orange signposts and the trail will lead you on a circular route so you can reward yourself with a pint at the end.

Thanks to Mark Williams (Head Warden) for allowing the cache in the reserve.

The bonus has been removed for the time being
