This little forgotten corner of New Jersey had no caches.
Perhaps its the persistent glow from the nearby power plant?
Who knows, but what is a cacher to do when he comes across uncached
territory? Well hide a cache there, of course! The result is
this small cache located in the Mad Horse Creek Wild Life
Management Area. This WMA covers a wide selection of tidal marshes,
open fields and holly/hardwood forest in Lower Alloways Creek
Township. The Salem/Hope Creek nuclear station is about 3.5
miles west of the cache site and you will get some interesting
views on the way to the cache. The cache is in a WMA so be
aware that hunting and fishing are allowed in the area and wear
orange for your own safety during hunting season.
