Located near a paved walking path, flat, accessible, nearby parking. Location is quite visible - some bushes, trees - and pedestrian traffic is light but consistent, so some care to avoid muggles will be needed. The area is well lit, so approach 'after dark' would cut down on the traffic and be quite appropriate with the theme!
LNL container originally containing Hallowe'en and related items for the 'kids' among us (bats, spiders, stickers, eye balls, and the Creepy Hollow cat tag, log book and supplies).
The theme is of course - creepy! but the location is not.
