Brilliant Placement Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

alexrudd: Apparently someone made off with both the cache and the hollow stump I hid it in. [:(] My guess is that the park designer is a humble guy who didn't want the praise that came from this cache.

I will post a picture so those who didn't get a chance to find it can see the stump in position.

Geocache Description:

Approx. 1 Qt Lock 'n Lock that should be an easy find in a small park.

This cache is placed to applaud the excellence of the local park designer. At the cache location, there is a bench whose placement can only be described as brilliant. It offers an excellent view of a very special tree and a pristine patch of grass. In the distance a line of cars completes the scene perfectly.

In a stroke of genius, whoever placed this bench managed to ignore the temptation to face it towards something nobody would be interested in, such as the mini-Stonehenge or old house in the area. Regrettably, the bench-placer's identity remains hidden, and we will never know the source of such talent.
