Geocache Description:


Old Boat House. You can reach this cache by Quabbin Gates 31 or 33. There is a parking fee at gate 31 during fishing season. The old boat house was used by the power company to store a boat which was used to get to their transmission towers on a near by island. The boat house is in disrepair and home to porcupines The cache is not in or on the boat house.
A nice walk on mostly level dirt road. The road goes down to the water than it is a short walk along the shore line.

It appears that due to high water bushwacking is required
